I Enjoy Coffee (And Possibly a Little Sleep)

Life is totally hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be tough to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I seriously love the taste of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the energy I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly overwhelmed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No criticism here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

Fueled by Coffee and Bedlam

Life's a jumbled mess. We crash headlong into each moment, powered by that sweet, sweet caffeine. It's a beautiful disaster and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We grind through adventures, fueled by that magical concoction. The flips around us, but we soldier on. We're the caffeine-fueled chaos agents.

My Other Therapist is a French Press

When life gets stressful, and website the usual self-care practices aren't sufficient, I turn to my unconventional source of comfort: a trusty French Press. This soothing process of crushing beans, adding hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect cup becomes my meditation. Each taste carries with it a sense of serenity, grounding me in the present moment.

  • Other times, it's simply a pleasant break from the daily grind.

So, while I may frequently seek out a counselor, my French Press remains a reliable companion through life's adventures.

Coffee , Because Adulting is Hard

Let's be real, adulting/being responsible/keeping it together is a tough/grueling/real pain. Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in. It's the magical elixir that helps us push through/get stuff done/pretend we have it all together. Whether you like it black/with cream/extra sugary, a good cup of joe can give you focus.
